Terms of sale
We deliver to: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
These terms of sale are important so that you know your rights and obligations as a buyer and our rights and obligations as a seller. We comply with all statutory obligations and work to provide you with the best service and product selection. Below you can read all of the principles that apply to every purchase.
The owner of the KIFFT.EE online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is KIFFT SHOP OÜ (registry code 16687507), located in Tallinn, Roosikrantsi 15.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer when placing the order. Product information is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
Placing an order
To order goods, add the desired products to the cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The payable amount will then be shown on the screen and can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.
The contract enters into force when the payable amount is received in the Online Store's bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because the goods are out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days after the notice is sent.
Delivery
Goods are delivered to Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Delivery information and possible delivery costs are shown when placing the order. Orders usually arrive within 2-6 business days after payment is received. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be permitted for testing goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for any other purpose or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement, the form of which can be found here, and send it to the email address no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (for example, a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they handed the goods over to the carrier during that period. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item covered by the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to submit a complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time the goods were handed over and that becomes apparent within two years from the handover of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after the goods are handed over to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of handover. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to info@kifft.ee.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods were handed over to the buyer. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments related to the sales contract. The Online Store responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
